If you happen to have the bad circumstance of being arrested, not only is it important to contact any old attorney, but you must do your homework to find the right one for you. In this case with a high profile sports athlete is it possible that the arresting officer became excited about the proverbial big fish that he was about to reel in and get famous for catching and possibly jumped the gun because of it?
