Man Gets Busted With Memphis, TN DUI and Counterfeit DVDs

MEMPHIS, TN–Memphis Police pull over a man for tinted windows and find a slew of counterfeit CDs and DVDs.
Police arrested Quincy Gills Thursday, September 18th around 9:30 p.m. on Goodlett. Officers pulled him over because his car had dark tinted windows. Officers say during the stop, they smelled marijuana.
