Former Alabama QB Ken Stablers DUI Dropped

The City of Robertsdale dropped its DUI charge against former Alabama QB Kenny Stabler. Stabler appeared on Wednesday night in Robertsdale Municipal Court to challenge the charge.

Robertsdale DUI Attorney Appointed to Former Pro Bowler

Alabama Highway Crackdown Nets Over 21,000 Tickets

State-wide campaign targeted traffic offenses, including Alabama DUI.
Alabama State patrol troopers have concluded their state-wide traffic blitz. Titled ‘Take Back Our Highways’, the seven day campaign ended last Sunday night. Teen Taken to Hospital after Russell Co. DUI Accident

A teen was rushed to the hospital following a DUI accident in Russell County.
The accident happened late August 22.
State police say 25-year-old Kenneth Bartrug was trying to back a boat trailer into the water at the Lily Creek boat ramp in Jamestown when it jackknifed, hitting 17-year old Amber Reese.

Statewide Campaign Goes After Alabama DUI Offenders

On Wednesday, Gov. Bob Riley and the state Public Safety Director announced an aggressive campaign against driving under the influence in Alabama. Titled ‘Take Back Our Highways’ the campaign calls for the addition of 125 state troopers in saturation patrols targeting drunk drivers.
