Drunk Driving DUI Law

The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office reports there were 15 DUI arrests made over the past weekend, Friday through Sunday, within the County.
CCSO deputies made 11 of those arrests, Punta Gorda Police had three, and Florida Highway Patrol had one arrest.
